Many years ago, Les
Pelletz worked his way up the ladder of a Boston area plumbing and
heating supply house. His experiences provided him with a knowledge
of what the trade required as well as what it was lacking. His sense
of adventure and willingness to take a risk enabled Les to start
"Raven Sales" twenty five years ago. The new company offered a line
of import fittings as well as several uniquely created fittings. The

In the early days, Raven was only producing and selling
traditional products. However, as Les' relationships with his
customers grew he began to see new opportunities in the plumbing and
heating industry. His customers were looking for new items which did
not exist, so Les made the decision to create several of his
own inventions. His first innovation, the EZ Header Manifold for
hydronic heating, became a huge success. Les developed several other
new and unique items and business continued to grow. The success of
the company led Les to bring in his family members to meet the needs
of the growing business.
After outgrowing several warehouse facilities, Raven Sales changed
into Raven Products and re-located to a 30,000 square foot
facility in Westborough, MA. Les' creative mind and lighthearted
spirit has been incorporated into the culture of Raven Products.
We are committed to bringing innovative products to the plumbing and
heating industry and we focus on strong customer relationships.
Raven Products currently holds 5 patents on our innovative products
and employs 14 quality men and women.
